Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Singformation Plumbing wants singformation.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This page explains how we think about that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Where We Aim
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These are widely used standards for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help with access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and an orderly page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let you move around the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools or services, may be out of our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to ask about a plumbing provider in your area. You can also email contact@singformation.living, and we will do our part to help.
Tell Us What You Found
Your feedback on the accessibility of this site is welcome. Email contact@singformation.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Tell us what happened
Send a request through the form or email contact@singformation.living. Tell us what is happening and when your household is home, and a local provider can plan around it.
